1. Purpose
These terms govern the services offered by Anna TABAKOVA to her private clients: NeurOptimal® brain training sessions at her practice, session packages and rental of a NeurOptimal® system for home use. Any booking implies acceptance of these terms.
2. Nature of the services
NeurOptimal® is a form of brain training (dynamic neurofeedback). It is neither a medical procedure, nor a diagnosis, nor a treatment, and does not replace medical advice or care. Before the first session, each user (or their legal representative) signs a consent form.
3. Minors
Sessions for a minor require the written consent of at least one holder of parental authority, as well as the presence of a parent at the first session.
4. Prices
Current prices are shown on the Pricing page of the website and communicated before any booking:
– Individual session: €60
– Package of 10 sessions: €500
– Rental of a NeurOptimal® system: €600 per month (detailed conditions in the rental agreement)
VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).
5. Booking and payment
Appointments are made by telephone, by e-mail, via the website form or online via Resalib. Payment is made at the end of each session for an individual session, and at the time of booking for a package, by bank transfer, cash, bank card or cheque. Packages are valid for 12 months from purchase.
6. Cancellation and rescheduling
Any session may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment. After this time, or if the client fails to attend, the session remains payable, except in duly justified cases of force majeure.
7. Right of withdrawal
When the contract is concluded at a distance (telephone, e-mail, website), the client has 14 days to withdraw, without having to give a reason (Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), by sending a request by e-mail to annatabakova@keysforbrain.com. If the client expressly requests that the service begin before the end of this period, they remain liable to pay for the sessions already carried out; the right of withdrawal no longer applies to a service fully performed before the end of the period.
8. Equipment rental
The rental of a NeurOptimal® system is subject to a specific rental agreement, signed by both parties, setting out the duration, price, security deposit, insurance and return conditions.
9. Liability
Anna TABAKOVA undertakes to carry out the sessions with care, in compliance with the NeurOptimal® protocol. The client undertakes to report any relevant information about their state of health and to continue any ongoing medical care.
10. Personal data
The data collected is processed in accordance with the website's Legal notice and the GDPR. Information shared during sessions is strictly confidential.
11. Complaints and mediation
Any complaint must first be sent in writing to annatabakova@keysforbrain.com. If no amicable solution is found, the client may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator:
